I knew I was a runner when...

- I woke without an alarm at 5 am to go run in 14 degrees F
- I ran in 14 degrees F after going to bed with then intention of not running the next day until it warmed up
- I ran and my legs felt better after the run than before
- I look at my training log and see only on extra rest day in the last 7 weeks
- I realized that I do all of the things I do like XT, weights, swim, eat right just to go a little faster
- I took a race walking clinic to improve my running
